By accessing and using KoreEase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

KoreEase is a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to create, manage, and send professional proposals and contracts to clients.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious content or code
Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using our service. We retain ownership of the service itself, including all software, design, and branding. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoreEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
